SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are subject to a processing time of up to 14 business days before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

KayLuxeKollection is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist with filing claims when applicable.
