Due to the nature of our products/services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

In the rare event that KayLuxeKollection elects at its discretion to issue a refund, any non-refundable payment processing fees, transaction fees, merchant fees, financing fees (including Shop Pay Installments fees if applicable), and other charges incurred during the transaction will be deducted from the refunded amount. The customer agrees that these fees are non-refundable and will not be returned.

Any chargebacks filed against our business will be considered a breach of this agreement and will be disputed to the fullest extent, including legal action if necessary.
