How long does processing take?
Processing can take up to 14 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Most orders are processed well before the 14-business-day timeframe; however, we provide this estimate to account for any unforeseen delays and to ensure your order is handled with the highest level of care and quality control.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order has been processed, it is shipped via 3-5 business day shipping. While most packages arrive within this timeframe, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Can I order lengths that aren’t listed on the website (30”, 32”, 36”, etc.)?
Yes! If you’re interested in lengths/bundle deals that are not currently listed on our website, please send us a text message or email. We will be happy to create a custom invoice for your order.
Do you sell single bundles?
In rare cases, yes. However, single bundles are typically more expensive due to tariffs, shipping costs, and sourcing expenses. For this reason, we primarily offer bundle deals to provide the best value.
How many grams is each bundle?
Each bundle contains approximately 100 grams of hair.
How many bundles should I purchase?
Virgin Hair
- 8”-22”: 3 bundles recommended
- 24” and longer: 4+ bundles recommended
Raw Hair
- 10”-22”: 2 bundles recommended
- 24” and longer: 3+ bundles recommended
Please note that bundle recommendations may vary depending on your desired level of fullness.
Can I purchase half of a bundle (0.5 bundle) to add to my order?
Yes! If you’d like to add a half bundle to your order, please send us a text message or email so we can provide you with a custom invoice.
What’s the difference between HD and Transparent Lace?
HD Lace
- Thinner and more delicate
- Melts seamlessly into the skin
- Provides the most natural appearance
Transparent Lace
- Slightly thicker and more durable
- Can still achieve a natural look
- May require tinting depending on your skin tone
- Great for everyday wear
What’s the difference between a Closure and a Frontal?
Closure
- Typically 4x4, 5x5, or 6x6 in size
- Covers only the top center portion of the head
- Requires less maintenance
- More beginner-friendly
Frontal
- Typically 13x4 or 13x6 in size
- Extends ear-to-ear across the hairline
- Allows for more versatile styling options
- Creates the appearance of a full natural hairline
What’s the difference between Raw Hair and Virgin Hair?
Raw Hair
- Hair in its purest form
- Collected from a single donor
- Unprocessed and free of steam processing or chemical alteration
- Can often be lifted to a 613 blonde while maintaining quality when professionally done
- Typically lasts 3-5+ years with proper care
Virgin Hair
- 100% human hair
- Often steam processed or lightly altered to achieve a specific texture or pattern
- Cannot typically be lifted as easily as raw hair
- Excellent quality but generally has a shorter lifespan
- Typically lasts 1-3+ years with proper care
Can I color the hair?
Raw Hair: Yes. Raw hair can be colored, bleached, and toned.
Virgin Hair: Yes but because virgin hair has already undergone some processing, results may vary. Professional coloring is strongly recommended.
Can I straighten or curl the hair?
Yes! Both raw and virgin hair can be straightened, curled, and styled with heat. We recommend using a heat protectant to maintain the hair’s quality and longevity.
Does the hair shed?
Minimal shedding is normal with any human hair. Proper installation, maintenance, and sealing of wefts can help reduce shedding.
Does the hair tangle?
With proper care, tangling should be minimal. Curly and wavy textures require more moisture and maintenance than straight textures.
How often should I wash my hair?
We recommend washing your hair every 1-2 weeks, depending on product buildup and lifestyle. Always follow up with a moisturizing conditioner.
Do you have hair on hand?
At this time, we do not carry products on hand. All orders are placed specifically for our customers to ensure quality and access to a wider selection of products.
